  Displays the byte ratio for the current caller. The format for the output
  is downloads:uploads.  For example, if a caller has downloaded 10,000 bytes
  and uploaded 2,000 bytes, they have a 5:1 byte ratio.  In other words, for
  each five bytes they download they have uploaded one byte.
